Common Conditions
We provide diagnosis and treatment of pediatric and adult skin/nail/hair issues. We regularly monitor patients for skin cancer such as basal cell, squamous cell, and melanoma cancers. Eczema, psoriasis, warts, drug and viral rashes are commonly treated. Surgical removals of skin cancers, atypical moles, and bothersome lesions are done daily. Botox for axillary hyperhidrosis is available. We offer limited glycolic acid peels.
We have two virtual dermatology options:
Dermatologist On Call is a virtual visit with Margaret Lally MD and e-Care will be reviewed by Maria Ressler PA-C and Kristin Gallagher PA-C.
1. DermatologistOnCall: A full service, secure portal to let you upload photos of your concerns along with a history of your skin problem. Evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment will be rendered, and you will be notified when your results can be downloaded. The video below overviews this service. VIDEO

2. Just email us at ecare@lallyderm.com: An email-based visit for established patients with a single problem. Photos can be attached to your email. Maria Ressler PA-C or Kristin Gallagher PA-C will respond through encrypted electronic communication.
We will bill your insurance for one of the following services, whichever is most appropriate:

Limited (~10 minute) review – to be charged $35

Moderate (~20 minute) review – to be charged $45
Just e-mail us at ecare@lallyderm.com and fill the REQUESTED DOCUMENT to get started. Our PA-C’s will respond within 72 hours. Prescription refills and general questions should be addressed through the office during regular working hours.
We will bill your insurance first. If your insurance will not cover such services, then we will expect the patient to be responsible for the payment to our office.
